Capt. Rabiu Hamisu Yadudu is a skilled aviator with varied experiences in the industry.
He was the immediate past Director of Airport Operations (DAO), of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
Capt. Yadudu brought his flair for “attention to details”, refinement and discipline to bear in his direct supervision that led to the Certification of Murtala Muhammed International Airport Lagos and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja, in 2017.
A Pilot by training with over 7000hrs of flying time.
Capt. Yadudu has NCAA and FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licenses as a Captain on the Boeing B-747 aircraft (Kabo Air), Bombardier Learjet 45-XR( SkyJet Aviation) and Cessna Citation Sovereign (CE-680 , NEMA).
Capt. Yadudu is privileged to have attended many International courses aimed at building his capacity in all facets of Aviation and Airport management.

He is a Consummate Aviator who started his journey in the industry in 1993 with the defunct Nigeria Airways (NAA) as a Licensed aircraft Maintenance Engineer( Avionics).
In 1997 he joined Kabo Air Limited as a Co-Pilot on their Boeing 727 aircraft, where he steadily progressed to become a Captain on the B747, and Chief Pilot.
In 2014 Capt. Yadudu was engaged as Deputy Director, and Captain on the National Air Ambulance at NEMA.
Young Rabiu Hamisu Yadudu had his primary education in Kano and proceeded to Federal Government College Ikot-Ekpene for his secondary education.
He moved on to Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria where he studied and became a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in 1993.
He then proceeded to Delta Aeronautics, Fort Worth, Texas, USA , to obtain his Commercial/ Multi-engine Pilot License.
In June 2001, he qualified as Captain on B747 from the PAN AM International Flight Academy, Miami, Florida. then proceeded to Bombardier Aerospace Training Centre, Dallas TX USA where he graduated in 2007. Then in 2014 he attended manufacturers training on the Cessna Citation Sovereign at Wichita KS.
Captain Rabiu Yadudu is an International Airport Professional (IAP); a distinguished qualification he attained through the
Global Airports Council International (ACI) – International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) Airport Management Professional Accreditation Program.
Until his appointment as Managing Director/ Chief Executive of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), he was the Director of Airport Operations for the Authority.
Captain Rabiu Hamisu Yadudu is happily married with children and loves sports activities.
